Apple Ginger Jelly Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups apple jelly
  • 3 piece fresh ginger root, 2-inch knob, peeled and coarsely chopped, to taste

Directions

  • In small saucepan, combine jelly and ginger. Bring to boil over medium. Remove from heat and cool.
  • Pour into sterilized jars and seal. Chill at least 3 days.
