  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Dash salt
  • 5 large tart apples

question, do you dip the apple rings in the batter then deep fry? or what do you do with the apple rings?

This recipe was good. It's even better when you cut the apples into little pieces because then you get apple fritter bites.

These are great! I serve these with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and drizzle hot caramel sauce on top.
