1 egg, beaten 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup milk 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 1 cup all-purpose flour 2-1/4 teaspoons baking powder 1 can (21 ounces) apple pie filling 1 can (21 ounces) cherry pie filling 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon vanilla extract TOPPING: 1/3 cup packed brown sugar 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 2 tablespoons butter, softened
In a bowl, combine first four ingredients. Combine flour and baking powder; add to egg mixture and blend well. Pour into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking pan.
