I make this delicious apple cake with the apples we get from a local orchard. Growers here in Ohio produce a wide variety of apples, and they're all good!

This recipe is fairly easy to make. It was my first time making a dessert sauce, so I was a little nervous about how it would turn out. It is delicious. I didn't add raisins but did add an extra cup of sliced apples
