CATEGORY: Breakfast/Brunch

METHOD: Baked

TIME: Prep/Total Time: 30 min.

Ingredients:

  • 4 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup fat-free milk
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon butter or stick margarine, melted
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1-1/2 cups chopped peeled apples
  • 1/2 cup apple jelly
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions:

In a mixing bowl, beat the egg whites, milk, flour, butter and salt until smooth. Pour into an 8-in. square baking dish coated with cooking spray.
