Apple Almond Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 large apples, chopped
  • 1 cup sliced almonds, toasted
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 2-1/2 cups whipped topping
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise

Directions

  • In a large bowl, combine the apples, almonds and cranberries. Combine whipped topping and mayonnaise. Add to apple mixture and toss to coat. Yield: 8 servings.

Nutritional Facts 3/4 cup equals 285 calories, 17 g fat (5 g saturated fat), 3 mg cholesterol, 51 mg sodium, 31 g carbohydrate, 4 g fiber, 3 g protein.

Love this recipe. I make it often and cut the recipe in half. The toasted almonds add a nice crunch.
