  • 3/4 cup water (70° to 80°)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 1 teaspoon aniseed
  • 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds

Directions

  • In bread machine pan, place first eight ingredients in order suggested by manufacturer. Select basic bread setting. Choose light crust color and loaf size if available.
