6 frozen haddock or cod fillet (6 ounces each), thawed 1/2 cup lime juice 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 2 tablespoons taco seasoning 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
In a 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish, arrange fish in a single layer. Pour lime juice over fish. Let stand for 15 minutes.
