I love coconut and today I made these wonderful cookies, I tasted one and I like them very much ,I used shredded coconut instead since I was out of the flaked one , the texture is much smoother in these ones in comparison to the ones in the picture, therefore these ones that I made can use a little extra touch on them and that is to drizzle some chocolate over them in a fine line or wiggly design . I love them just the same regardless of the texture and I will certainly make these over and over. Thank you for posting this wonderful recipe .
