substituted pepper jack cheese instead of swiss cheese. The family thought they were fabulous!!!!

my girlfriend and I loved it! this is soooo yummy! We even tried it without the buns and it was still good :) We prepeared it like asian burger bowl :)

I have modified it once or twice. I used Onion buns rather than Sesame Seed and I used a Mesquite marinade and a Mango marinade. We love this burger.
I've made this several times. We just love it.
