Almond-Topped Zucchini

Smoked almonds add extra flair to Rachel's fast-fixing zucchini side dish. And with only a handful of ingredients, it couldn't be quicker!

Ingredients
- 3 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup smoked almonds, chopped
Directions
- In a large skillet, saute zucchini and garlic in oil and butter until
- tender. Stir in salt and pepper; sprinkle with almonds. Yield: 4
- servings.
