I like liquid creamer also, I'm going to try using plain flavored liquid creamer and almond extract. I'll replace the sugar + ground cinnamon with cinnamon syrup (it's already sweetened, but you can buy sugar-free) that I have for flavoring lattes.

I love toasted almond coffeemate, since they've discontinued it I've been expriementing in my kitchen to make it but it's just not the same coffees not the same going to try this one..anyone know how you can make it liquid instead?
