This is an easy recipe. It is good. We made the Apple-Cheese and the Carrot-Raisin. And they reheat easy in the microwave.

I just took a batch out of the oven and they are super. I made the blueberry muffins and added some lemon zest and a tsp. of lemon juice to the batter.
