All Seasons Marinade

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons ground mustard
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
- 1-1/2 teaspoons pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
Directions
- In a small bowl, whisk all the ingredients. Cover and refrigerate
- until ready to use. Use as a marinade for beef, pork, chicken or
- shrimp. Yield: 2 cups.
