Adamek's Best Peach Cobbler

8 cups sliced fresh or frozen peaches
1/2 cup butter (no substitutes), softened
1 cup sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
Cinnamon-sugar

Place the peaches in an ungreased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish; set aside.
In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add flour and mix well. Sprinkle over
the peaches. Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar. Bake at 325° for 1 hour or until
the topping is golden brown. Serve warm.

Yield: 8-12 servings.
