I wasn't crazy about this cobbler. There was not enough topping, and it never did brown or rise at all.

This is a wonderful cobbler, I also have made it with one stick of butter sliced on bottom of pan then mix 1 cup milk, one cup sugar and one cup self rising flour, mix and pour over butter and add your fruit..sometime I make cinnamon crumbs if it is apple cobbler. Adameks is very very good. Easy to make and a crowd pleaser. Great when company pops in. Ingredients always in pantry.

My family and I love this recipe! It is so easy to make. I have used canned, frozen and fresh fruit to make this dessert and we have liked them all! Thank you :)
