Ingredients

  • 8 cups sliced fresh or frozen peaches
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • Cinnamon-sugar

Directions

  • Place the peaches in an ungreased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish; set aside. In a bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add flour and mix well. Sprinkle over the peaches. Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar. Bake at 325° for 1 hour or until the topping is golden brown. Serve warm. Yield: 8-12 servings.

I wasn't crazy about this cobbler. There was not enough topping, and it never did brown or rise at all.

This is a wonderful cobbler, I also have made it with one stick of butter sliced on bottom of pan then mix 1 cup milk, one cup sugar and one cup self rising flour, mix and pour over butter and add your fruit..sometime I make cinnamon crumbs if it is apple cobbler. Adameks is very very good. Easy to make and a crowd pleaser. Great when company pops in. Ingredients always in pantry.
