- 1 medium ripe California Avocado, peeled and cubed
- 1 tablespoon salsa
- 1 garlic clove, peeled
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- In a food processor, combine all the ingredients; cover and process
- until smooth. Transfer to a small bowl; serve immediately. Yield:
- 3/4 cup.
