These foods go above and beyond basic nutrition and keep your body balanced and feeling well. They're the foods that scientists and nutritionists have their eyes on; studies even suggest they can heal your body and maximize your health.

Here's where you come in. We're looking for your favorite power food recipe for a chance to win $600. We'd like to see recipes using at least one of these ingredients:
