Meatless Muffuletta
If you prefer, make Crowd-Pleasin' Muffuletta without meat. Replace the turkey, salami and ham with grilled portobello mushroom caps, fresh tomato slices and spinach leaves. You could also sprinkle some drained and rinsed cannellini beans on top.
