Making Cute Kitty Cookies
Cute Kitty Cookies have a solid center of vanilla dough encased in a chocolate dough. To make these two-toned cookies, shape the vanilla dough into an 8-in. roll. Roll out the chocolate dough into an 8-in. square between two sheets of waxed paper and place the vanilla roll at one edge of the square. Trim if necessary. Roll up jelly-roll style, peeling waxed paper away while rolling. Seal seam. Wrap the roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate.
