Fruity Oatmeal Cookies
"When I make the batter for Oatmeal Scotchies, I use only 6 ounces of the butterscotch chips and add 1/2 cup raisins and 1/2 cup chopped dried apples," explains Valerie Johnstone of Bradenton, Florida. "My husband and boys say these chewy cookies are the best."
