Premeasuring Tomato Paste
For handy premeasured tomato paste, freeze a 6-ounce can, open both ends and push the frozen paste out onto a cutting board. Cut the roll into six slices (approximately 1 tablespoon each). Quickly refreeze them in a resealable freezer bag to use as needed. —Bobbie L., Kapaa, Hawaii
