Oyster Dressing
Oyster dressing has become a tradition with me. I've found that if you put the oysters through the food processor until they're liquefied, the oyster taste is more evenly distributed. Even my daughter-in-law, who does not like oysters, loves my dressing. —P.L. Lipker, Ormond Beach, Florida
