Microwave Glaze
When visiting my mother-in-law, I learned a quick foolproof way to make glaze. Simply spoon out the amount of store-bought vanilla frosting from its can and place it in a microwave-safe measuring cup. Warm it in the microwave, stirring frequently, until it reaches the right consistency. Then drizzle it over cinnamon buns, raisin bread or coffee cake. —Rachel Love, Wilmore, Kentucky
