Hanging Recipe
When reading a recipe from a cookbook or magazine, I clamp it open to that page with a pants hanger, then hang it at eye level from one of my upper cabinet doors. The recipe stays clean and dry and I have more work space on the counter, which helps in my small mobile home kitchen. —Cathy Zeltner, Toledo, Ohio
