Frozen Shredded Cheese
I like to buy shredded cheddar cheese in bulk. Then I divide it up, place in heavy-duty resealable plastic bags and freeze. When it’s time to use the cheese, there’s no need to thaw a solid clump of cheese. The frozen pieces easily break apart. —Emily Short, Sandy, Utah
