Dot with Butter
I’ve always found it cumbersome and messy to “dot with butter.” So instead of cutting the butter into tiny pieces, I melt the required amount in the microwave and drizzle it on. I melt it in a microwave-safe measuring cup with a pour spout, so it’s easy to pour. —Lori Z., Montrose, Colorado
