Corn in a Kettle
Have a hard time fitting several ears of fresh corn in a kettle to cook? Lay a tall stockpot on its side and stack the ears of corn in it. Stand it up, add water and boil as usual. My pot is 8 inches high and holds 12 ears this way. —Ruth Rulon, Whiting, New York
