Cookie Crumb Topping
Instead of throwing away the cookie crumbs that fall through the rack while the cookies are cooling, I store them in an airtight container. The crumbs make a nice topping for ice cream, pudding and fruit. —Bettie Schlappi, Grand Ledge, Michigan
