Better Bacon
My mom taught me a fast way to prepare a pound of bacon with little cleanup, and since my family enjoys bacon so much I use the trick often. I line a large baking pan with aluminum foil, place the bacon on top of it and bake it in the oven at 400° until crisp. —Shelli Eidson, Wilson, Oklahoma
