Terrific Tuna Salad
“I like to jazz up tuna salad by adding shredded cheddar cheese to the mix. It thickens the mixture so it doesn’t squeeze out of the sandwich,” relates Deanne Bagley of Bath, New York. “Sometimes I also add shredded carrots for extra crunch.”
