Leftover Coffee Cubes
Whenever there’s leftover coffee in the pot, I freeze it in ice cube trays. Later, when I have a cup of coffee that’s too hot, I add one of my frozen coffee cubes. It cools my drink without watering it down. —Louisa B., Johnson City, New York
