Charles Fritts of Hunt, Texas gives an Italian twist to boxed macaroni and cheese. “Cook the macaroni as directed, drain and add the contents of the cheese packet,” he notes. “Then stir in one can of Italian-style stewed tomatoes and heat through. This is a quick and satisfying dish.”
