Transporting Hot Food
To transport hot foods, I place about four 8- by 8-inch or larger tiles in the oven to warm while the food is cooking. Handling them carefully, I place the tiles under and around the hot dish in a box and cover with a large towel to keep the heat in. —June Barrus, Springville, Utah
