Ice Cube Trays
When you’re making lots of ice cubes for a summer get-together, spray the trays first with nonstick cooking spray and wipe off the excess before filling with water. When they’re frozen, give the tray a slight twist and the cubes will pop out freely. You can freeze several trays of cubes before respraying. —Lucille Vikre, Waukegan, Illinois
