Swift Sandwiches
I love to cook but still need reliable recipes for busy days. These easy sandwiches are a good way to use up leftover roast beef and make a great lunch. For each sandwich, place a few slices of roast beef on a kaiser roll. Top with a generous spoonful of Mexican Cheez Whiz. Place the sandwich on a microwave-safe plate and cover.
