Fresh Cucumbers
I’ve discovered a great way to keep cucumbers fresh longer. I have a plastic “lettuce keeper” that keeps my lettuce fresh for at least 2 weeks. So I bought another one and placed six cucumbers in it. Amazingly, they didn’t get soft spots and stayed fresh and crisp for almost 2 weeks, too. I think this would work with almost any veggie. Noreen H., Walton, Kentucky
