Turnip Lilies
Step 1: With a sharp knife or electric meat slicer, slice turnip into thin slices, about 1/8 inch thick.
Step 2: Wrap turnip slice around a baby corn and secure with a toothpick. Place in ice water.
Step 3: For added interest, include a green onion top in some of the lilies. Secure with florist's wire or a pick.
