Making Muffins
In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients with a fork.
Beat eggs and combine with liquid ingredients.
Make a well in the dry ingredients and pour egg mixture into the well all at one time.
With a spoon or spatula, stir the ingredients together just until moistened. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups about two-third to three-fourths full, wiping off any spills.
Bake until golden or test for doneness by inserting a toothpick into the center of the muffin. If the toothpick comes out clean, the muffins are done. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack.
