Make Sunrays
These can be made in advance and stored in an airtight container with sheets of waxed pear between layers. On parchment lined baking sheets, drizzle/pour hot syrup into zigzag patterns. Let stand until completely cooled. Carefully peel each ray off the parchment paper and store.
