How-To Piping Lattice
With pastry or plastic bag, pipe four evenly spaced diagonally lines across the top of the cookies. Lines should be about 1/2 inch apart.
Pipe frosting around the top edge of cookie in a small zig-zag pattern to make a fluted edge.
