Forming Fan Rolls
Score each of the rectangles width-wise at 2-in. intervals. Carefully fold the dough accordion-style back and forth along the score lines until you reach the end.
Cut the folded dough into 1-in. pieces. Place cut side down in the greased muffin cups.
