Meatballs
Preparing meatballs and other family favorites in bulk cuts back greatly on prep time. I often make as many as five dinners’ worth of meatballs in one evening. To serve, I drop a package of frozen cooked meatballs into simmering spaghetti sauce and heat through. —Christi Gillentine, Tulsa, Oklahoma
