Marinated Meat
I freeze uncooked chicken and meats in different marinades. I transfer the meat to the refrigerator a day or two before cooking to let it absorb the marinade as it thaws. So we always have seasoned meats available. —Christi Gillentine, Tulsa, Oklahoma
