Leftovers List
I keep a list on my freezer door of the leftovers that are inside, and I clearly label each freezer bag or container with its contents. Because my family members eat at all different times, the list lets everyone know what’s available for lunches, snacks and late dinners, and nothing goes to waste. —Betty Lewis, Kernersville, North Carolina
