Have a Beef with Bones?
The bones on a beef rib roast add unbeatable flavor when roasting, but they can also pose a challenge when carving. So when ordering your roast, ask the butcher to remove the bones and tie them back onto the meat. When the roast is done baking, simply untie and discard the bones, then slice the meat.
