Have a favorite dish that doesn't include seafood, beef, poultry or pork? Send it in for a chance to take home big bucks! We're looking for light & nutritious main dishes, sides and appetizers without meat. But remember, a main dish should include a protein source, so take advantage of eggs, beans, cheese, lentils, tofu and more. (Entries including dairy and eggs are eligible for this contest.)
We'd love to see soups and stews, stir-fries and skillet dishes, salads and veggie sides. Think eggplant lasagna, bean soft tacos, or maybe a quiche, frittata or strata. Perhaps veggie burgers are your forte. There's always lentil stew, cheese enchiladas or tortellini bakes, too. As long as it's healthy and meatless, you could win up to $600.

Contest Rules
You may enter more than one recipe. If you email or mail your recipe, be sure to print the name of the contest as well as your full name, street address and phone number, including area code, with each entry. Be specific with measurements, directions and the size of cans, packages and pans so others can successfully make your recipe. Include a few words about the origin of your recipe. Share any compliments it's received, plus any variations you recommend. If any duplicates are received, the entries with the earliest postmarks will be considered.
