We know it's the most important meal of the day, but who has time to eat first thing on a busy morning? You, your family and friends do…if the recipes are fuss-free! That's why Simple & Delicious chose "Let's Do Brunch" as our next recipe contest theme.

We're looking for your very best brunch recipes! Send us your tried-and-terrific egg dishes, do-ahead bakes, easy croissants, coffee cakes and cinnamon rolls, warm fruit compotes, fast-fixing French toast, pancake and waffle recipes, and the eye-opening smoothies and frothy coffee drinks your family and friends ask for again and again.

Be sure to include a few words about what makes your recipe such a family favorite. Also send any fun variations or tips for extra-quick prep. Winners will be published in the November/December 2010 issue of Simple & Delicious.

Contest Rules

You may enter more than one recipe. If you email or mail your recipe, be sure to print the name of the contest as well as your full name, street address and phone number, including area code, with each entry. Be specific with measurements, directions and the size of cans, packages and pans so others can successfully make your recipe. Include a few words about the origin of your recipe. Share any compliments it's received, plus any variations you recommend. If any duplicates are received, the entries with the earliest postmarks will be considered.
